Pastor Frank and Lorilee have visited Mexico multiple times over the past twenty years, ministering in various areas of the country. In an Easter service in Mexico City Square in 1999, Pastor Frank ministered to 100,000 pilgrims with a powerful outpouring of the power of the Glory of God. There followed numerous testimonies of people healed from aids, all sorts of diseases and maladies, and deliverance from drugs and oppressions.
