In 2008, Touch Heaven subsequently supported the construction of Pastor Vincent’s church in Archers Post and helped to equip him to administer his ministry. The next year, Vincent prevailed on Touch Heaven to convene the Impact Africa conference in Archers Post. Over 1500 pastors and leaders traveled long distances to come to this conference, the first of its kind ever in this remote area. The attendees received travel expenses, they were housed, fed, and ministered to for seven days, including over 800 baptisms in the local river, a crusade in the center of the town, hundreds of people healed and hundreds more deliverance from demonic possessions, addictions, generational curses, depression, and bondages. Even the weather was miraculously changed to bring rain on the exact day of that week that Pastor Frank prophesied it would come, ending a severe draught that had plagued the area for a several months. It rained every day thereafter for several weeks.

Pastor Vincent joined his father, Pastor Dickson Wanga, in furthering the vision of Touch Heaven in Africa. Soon thereafter, Vincent was betrothed to Priscilla, who was joined as a daughter to the Touch Heaven family. A second national conference was convened in Archers Post in 2011, which resulted in over 3,000 pastors and leaders traveling from various remote areas of Africa to participate. Once again, the ministry funded the expenses for these guests to attend, reaching out in faith as the response was greater than the funds on hand to pay for all of those who requested to come. Pastor Frank sought the heart of the Father, and he received not to falter, not to turn away one soul, and so advised Vincent to accommodate each and every arrangement. And the pastors came… they came from all around Kenya, from Burundi, Congo, Ugandan, and Mozambique. As Pastors Frank and Lorilee boarded the plane for Kenya, the ministry was $36,000 short to cover costs. But God is faithful to send provision for His vision, and a beloved couple from Singapore wired the exact amount that was needed to cover the remainder of the costs, which arrived in the Touch Heaven account two days after their return to the United States.

The Needs and vision are far greater than our funds and we are sorely undermanned to serve our works in Africa, let alone other parts of the world. Yet we know that we clearly hear the voice of the Lord to persevere, and so we shall. If you are called to help us, please do not hesitate to reach out. You have a purpose that can also make a difference that is eternal.
